Gong Sound Bath

The gong brings a deep sense of calm and Internal clarity. It can deepen your meditation practice, bring a sense of presence and supports healing.

Session will begin with a guided meditation leading into the gong bath. You will be seated and be immersed in sounds of various sized gongs that will cleanse your energy system and release tension and helps you be in your full presence.
